All orders placed before 4 pm on a working day are dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 4 pm or on non-working days are dispatched on the next working day.

We partner with Blue Dart Express for deliveries. It usually takes 24 to 48 hours to deliver a package. For Delhi/NCR and other metropolitan cities, the shipment is delivered within 24 hours. For state capitals, delivery takes 24 to 48 hours, while remote locations may take 48 to 72 hours.

Please note, no delivery services are available on Sundays or holidays. Once the package is ready for dispatch, a tracking reference number is generated and shared via the registered email, allowing you to track your delivery.

You should insert your SIM card into your phone once you arrive at your destination and are ready to use it. This ensures that the SIM card connects to the local network properly. If you're still in your home country, your SIM card may not work as expected, so it’s best to wait until you reach your travel destination.

To purchase a SIM card or eSIM, the following documents are typically required:

3. Proof of Address – Some countries may request proof of your local or permanent address.
4. Passport-Size Photograph – In some cases, a recent photograph may be needed.

For eSIM purchases, you may not need to provide any physical documents, as the process is often completed online. However, identity verification may still be required during the registration process.
