Delivery Timelines for Matrix SIM

All orders placed before 4 pm on a working day are dispatched on the same day. All other orders, such as those placed after 4 pm or on a non-working day, are dispatched on the next working day. We use Blue Dart Express as our preferred courier partner. Generally, it takes 24 to 48 hours to deliver a packet. However, for Delhi/NCR and all metropolitan cities, the shipment is delivered within 24 hrs. For all other state capitals, delivery takes 24 to 48 hours, and for remote locations, it may take 48 to 72 hrs.

 

No delivery service is available on Sundays or listed holidays. The tracking reference number is generated once the packet is ready for dispatch, and the reference number is shared on the registered email ID for tracking.

For an order relating to eSIM, a QR code is sent to the registered email along with the installation instructions immediately after placing the order, subject to completion of the KYC.
