It seems perfect work around if you purchase it from India and have a peace of mind in foreign country. My advice is buy at least 20 GB. Local minutes depend on your need. I just activated my Indian Sim for free sms. And rest is matrix Data. Cost me total 1400 Rs. Deactivated data for my Indian Sim. And that will do the trick. Everything on WhatsApp. Job done.
